what are the differences between the Lexus (sc300) and Supra 2jz

I've seen lots of pics of SC300 engine bays and the 2jz engine they have looks different than the supra 2jz. The most noticable difference being that there's an intake running over the valve covers (I think that's what it is).

I have a 7MGE 88 Supra and I was hoping to get a SC300 cos the 2jz engine doesn't have the intake over the valve covers like my Supra. Then I saw the Lexus one and so I'm hoping there's possibly some way to change it to where it's not over the valve covers like in the 7MGE.

the 2JZ engine has no difference between the sc300 and supra, maybe a little different on where they bolt the intake piping and box. the intake pipe is there above the valve cover on the NA engine whether it is in sc300 and supra.
