Question 2jzge -> 1jzgte

I was just wondering on the things i'm going to come across with doing a 1jzgte swap into a SC300 at. My main concern would be the wiring and the difficulty level of it. As of right now I have a 1jzgte wiring diagram and a SC300 wiring diagram on it's way. I was just curious on the preparation needed before starting the swap. Just to put out an idea of how much experience I have (just to compare); I've done an Redtop SR into a '91 240, and a s14 swap into another '91 240.

Thanks

Compared to a sr20det this swap is way harder ,i have done 2 myself and its not easy unless you prepare the wiring and stuff before the swap starts.

Remouve the stock harness and use that for the lenght.Then you need to get the stock wiring diagram and see how things will hook up in the car for the dash and other accesories.Its along and boring job but worth it in the end.Also make sure the stock twins will clear the firewall on my GS300 they did not clear the firewall and it required me to remove about 2 inches of the firewall and bring the heater core back 2 inches aswell.

keep the 2JZ, and just use a single turbo, easier and cheaper...

Why 1jz? You can keep the GE and go with na-t. We have one in our shop.
