What a gorgeous car. Lexus really pays SO much attention to detail, and after 60K it still drives like a cloud- just as smooth and even more silent. Can't even tell it's on.

Frighteningly, my dad knows FAR less about cars than I do. If that's possible. He's bad about maintenance and even worse about cleaning. So this poor fancy-pants has been through a lot of abuse alraedy.

BEFORE PICS: Those are SUPPOSED to be chrome...







And THIS crap gradually appears after every wash... not sure what it is, but it comes back like clockwork. I wonder if the wax will slow it down. what is this? Happens at the doors behind the handles, where the bumper connects, a few other places... Kinda disappointing on this expensive of a car, I've seen it on some Camrys too. Maybe it's a Toyota thing?





AFTER: And after a couple hours, I was done. Unfortunately, I suck at detailing and only know what I read on my product labels. And the wheels eventually lost my patience. But HEY... it's better off than it was before.













Too bad silver doesn't really show off hard work :roll:
