Heated mirrors

Does the '01 IS come with heated mirrors?

I think the mirrors would actually say "HEATED" on them if they were... I know... easiest thing is to touch the mirror to see if it's warm right? Well I tried that and it did feel warm... only I think it was more my imagination... although I do notice that ice never sticks to them

What button? Or do you mean it's automatic and doesn't need a button?

the rear window defog button...on the '02 and newer models...on the defog button actually has a little pic of the side mirror...but '01 doesn't have the little pic...only have pic of the rear window defog...

so when u turn on rear defog, u turn on heated side mirror

If you look on your windshield...there might be a windshield heater too....it'll melt the snow right where your wiper sits....I have the '02IS...and it works great!!!!
