My first choice would be to go VIP style with the GS400. I've always been fond of the bubble eyed GS, not to mention the pwr. Although, it's 6yrs old now..it's still a Lex.
Unless you intend to drop a shit load of money to an IS300 to make it unique, I'd skip it.
I mentioned above that the GS was old, that makes a shiney new Solara a worthy contender. Being a previous Solara owner, you know how rare they are. Modding it won't be very fun though. Get a 'vert!!!
GS400...as phi said its 6 years old now...but you can get one in good condition.
There is also the solora...i have not seen many of them, they're quite rare.
Its all up to you but i would say GS400 or Solara
23k usd for a turbo...what kit is this....i can piece together a custom kit with FMIC..e manage..injectors..exhaust....for under 10gs CAD....i was looking into this for a friend of mine but he balked at price....sure....everyone wants to be fast..but dun wanna pay.....

GS300s come with a 2JZ-GE. He could just bolt the turbo on.
I say IS300 just cuz its the car young professionals should drive.
Actually I wanna change my vote to the new Solara.... I actually like it... front & rear.... reminds me of a higher end Lexus
And's it's roomy enough and an upgrade to your current ride... so you'll know what to expect.
