1996 lexus es 300 mods

i am looking for 1996 lexus es 300 mods, stuff like turbos, engine components, also, i am looking for body mods, like body kits, i know that Tsunami is the only maker of one, but its kinda ugly, and is really expensive. Any one have any suggestions?

Hi 96 ES, I bought a 2001 ES at the end of January myself & love it! You might want to consider a couple of Lexus clubs specifically to look for more specific info. The sites are www.lexusownersclub.com & www.clublexus.com Hope this helps! & Good luck

Tsunami kit won't be as expensive as a custom kit... Turbo won't be worth it either, if you want a fast car, the ES300 isn't where you should start.

Just giving you the heads up.

as far as turbo's go...it'll be custom...see if you want to mate a s/c to your imz in lieu of the turbo. And as far as b/kits go..i'd suggest looking for windom kits from japan...I saw a 2000 ES with the molly designs camry kit at our last TN meets in houston..the whole thing flowed REAL WELL. I'd hit it...

i know bout that website.. something like evolutionbodykits watever... but anywaiz... has the thought of the trd supercharger ever come to mind? the custom turbo setup sounds really expensive since ive never heard of a turbo 1mz-fe... but correctme if im wrong.. was the trd s/c for the 1mz-fe? if so, maybe you can somehow get that s/c to boost your 1mz (with heavy modification of course)...

btw... springs... i suggest eibach's springs for your es300, cuz they only drop 1"... any more (like the ones for the camry) might get your es too low for comfort, especially if youre plannin on bodykits. as we all know, the es is low as is... my es packed with 3 other adults suffer a lot if i dont go turtle-slow on speed bumps and driveway entrances. just a tip.

the trd supercharger wasnt made for the 1996, it would fit but some parts may not line up right and they were desinged for the camry frame there may be slight diffrences in where parts are located on the engine. but it will work with in reason some got it to run on a 95 with some moding and had to give up his a/c and idle. oh serch around on the fourm i guess most of the lexus guys stay out of the camry fourm but in there NON stop questions like this for the 1MZ-FE (your engine code) and here the engine tony did (it's also a 1MZ-FE) oh and not 56k frendly

well i hope you dont plan on buying the CAI they also have to be custom made, search for a few post from big_p he made a really nice CAI system for his car, and if you want speed put the body kit off till last, unless your replaceing parts with lighter ones (like a CF trunk ) it's just going to slow you down more with more whight.
