Exclamation Emergency Help Needed - 95 ES300 Wont Start - Wife out of Town!

I have a 1995 ES300, my wife is out of town visiting family and the car won't start to get her home. I feel helpless from here, but, need ideas of what may be wrong as I'm drawing a blank. When she turns the key there is no clicking, no indication the starter is doing anything. All lights come on (dash, interior) however, doors will not lock or unlock and the trunk will not pop. My brother-in-law says he's checked the fuses under the dash and they are all good. They took the relay to advanced auto, they said it was bad, and sold them a new one. When they got back a friend checked the continuity (because the car still wouldn't start) and believes the old one is still good as he got continuity between 2 of the points. They have tried jiggling the key (thinking this might isolate the starter switch) and tried starting from neutral (thinking this might isolate the neutral start switch). None of this has worked and my wife is starting to freak out thinking about an out of town mechanic bill (which we never have because I usually manage to tinker a solution! But I'm not there). Any ideas would be very much appreciated!!!

Thanks
Steven
