Question for 1994 ES300.

When i start teh car..the fan (front of the radiator moves as well). I know in my camry, solara and celica..that was never the case...yeah, if you turn on the a/c...and/or when the termo. opens up..but on the ES..the fan's on always. I don't know if this is recent or if it has been such ALWAYS??? (i know in my dad's cressida it was on always) . Is this a stuck thermostat (cus' then the car would take a while to warm up right - bright now the its takes normal time to reach norm. temp). Another thing could be the relay on the thermostat...but we recently had her tuned up (sparks, wires, timing belt, other hoses, etc). Am i missing something, or is this how that gen ES was???

is it electrical or hydrolic cause my 94 cam is hydrolic and it spins constantly

Don't know...how do i find out the difference...

it will look like there are hoses going to it if your still not sure take a pic and post it
