hey DPW IS ^^
I use ESSO or Petro...
anything 91 or above is good for IS

I heard there is less than 1% of difference between different gas brands. (wrong info?)

I have seen some tests that seem to say Esso gas has alot more sulfer in it but so far no other gas seems to run as well in my car.

I'm planning to go with Sunoco since they have Ultra 94, which is 3 grades better that Esso or Petro Canada or so they say, but ask me what the difference is between the 2, I have no clue, but just thought of going to the 94 just in case!

Yeah man, Ultra 94 baby! Shell is in the middle of a court case for their gas, and Esso has some bad things going around too. Sunoco is very neutral to me, plus they have the highest octane gas unless you wanna goto Meadowvale and pick up some 110 octane fuel for $2 a litre

BTW- What kind of economy do you IS guys get on your cars?

heh, latez.

I would use Sonoco but we dont got that here in quebec.BTW can you guys get racing gas witout having a race car because here they require proof at some places before letting you buy the gas.

I also use Sunoco ! Mostly 92' Octane and once in a while when I know I'm gonna wanna have fun I put Ultra 94'

Anyone pushin' an IS 3 shouldn't be cheap, our cars need 91' Octane or higher read your owners manual !

I couldn't agree with you anymore shootza.
Just one question tho, does it degrade the car's performance if we keep changing the blend of gas in the tank? Like one week we fill up with 92 and than the other week we fill up and mix it with 94??
Oh and by the way, here's something to read if you fill your tank at Shell:

You can get 110??

WHERE???

oh...and I swear by Shell gas...
It burns the best, it smells the best, and I get the best performance out of it.

We filled up with Esso once and we couldn't get the stink of gas out of the 4 Runner for a week! We're never going back to Esso ever again!

It's probably no big deal changing brands of GAS, but why bother ? There is a Sunoco gas station near by me, that's why I stick with it !

I guess the PETRO ultra clean is alright, and the ESSO 92' is ok !

But I think my baby likes it when I feed it Sunoco !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
