Anyone converted a SC400 to 1JZ-GTE???

I've been looking around for a cheap front cut of a soarer but want to know just what's involved in swapping in the motor. Has anyone done it? Here are my q's:

1. Can you use a Supra 1jzgte front cut with the manual trans to convert to manual?
2. What can you do to prepare the recipient car prior to doing the swap?
