95 lexus es300/windows,sunroof,radio don't work

I bought a 95 es300 from a salvage auction which was flooded and the windows, sunroof and radio don't work. Does anyone know what I should check?

The fuses. There should be a fuse box under the hood on top of the left wheelwell, and there should be another fusebox next to the steering column. You might have to pull out a coin holder or ashtray or panel and it should be behind there. Kind of where your left knee would be when sitting in the car. Hope that helps.
