You can check the price on highlander pads at a Toyota dealership. Why don't you find a shop that sell you (Brembo) blank rotors? OEM rotors + dealerhip labour aren't worth it IMO.
Damn...$750 is overboard for front and rear brakes even for a dealership. New dealer pads are no more than $80 for fronts and $70 for rears. Even with new rotors, $750 is way up there. Do yourself a favor and get some other opinions at other shops.
Its actually an easy job. If youve done brakes on any other car its basically the same thing. You could put all new pads and rotors on for like a 1/4 of the price the dealer quoted.

is it rotor over hub? i know the 88 camry that we have is...
cuz my accord is a hub-over-rotor configuration, so its a pain in the ass to change.
You can do two things: get then resurfaced (i think its $12 bucks to get them resurfaced per disc) and then just replace pads. Most brake shops can advise you if your at a point where resurfacing is not possible anymore; at that point in time i would then buy bremo's. Until then, you can ride out your current ones...On my dad's cressida, the OEM lasted us over 100K miles (yes resurfaced, but still original disc's).
