IS300 Questions on Suspension and intake systems

Hey wassup guys, I'm a new owner to a 2001 Is300. I was searching around and found http://www.lextasy.com. My question is there are two sets of sway bars that are avaliable, the trd L-tuned one and the Eibach set. The prices on both of the these vary from like 120 dollar difference. Can anyone give me any feedback on these items? Also is there a cold air intake avaliable for the is300? I have only seen short ram air intakes avaliable.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Calvin

My old roommate had a IS300 (Manual trans.) and he had the AEM intake on his car and the check engine light would come on. Then he got the Injen intake and the check engine light came on AGAIN. As for intakes, go for the SRT one. I think that is the only one out there that has resolved the issue for the check engine light.

I beleive he is looking for a "Cold air intake" I believe that the LMS one is the only one I have heard of. The rest are all short ram.

Not true of the Injen, as long as you have the heat sheild. I have been running it for 5 months now and no CEL's with 130,000 km's. Cels are caused by sucking in, hot air from a non partitoned air box area. As well, not cleaning your mass air flow sensor will attribute to this.

Your LTuned and Eibach sways are one and the same. The LTuned is private labelled for Lexus and comes labelled "Ltuned" on the box only.

However there is no LTuned sways left "brand new" in the USA. Unless you get lucky!

In Canada there is about 6 sets left between Vancouver and Toronto warehouses. But save some doe and get the Eibach.

BTW.......The SRT is twice as expensive and requires wiring to you air flow sensor. However, it is very reliable and will give you a better performance improvement than the others.

The LMS CAI is the way to go if you don't want CEL's to popup. the only issue you're gonna have though is that it's not CARB certified yet.
