ES300 problem!

I keep adding coolant+water to my resivor, but it keeps evaporating everytime i operate her. I've check the lines (all hoses were replaced less than 20K miles). There is no visible leak no wet spots in driveway (before and after i drive). This is a 1993 Lexus ES 300 with close to 146K miles. Timing/waterpump/thermo were replaced at 130K, like a lot of people, my needles are worn, so for me its EASY to see where teh gauge is at, but for other in the family that drive the car, its tough. I am going to flush AGAIN this weekend (with toyota red+distilled water). I am just stumped as to what's going on here. I did a search and this came up...Any suggestions as to what next to do (BTW: car is not overheating).
