Online service guides pretty much don't exist without dishing out some $$. But as far as easy stuff, why don't you just ask people on here? Cabin air and engine air filters are pretty simple stuff... since I learned about TN, I haven't even looked into the Toyota manual once except to check numbers (ie. max air pressure, oil pan capacity, etc.)
