Help: how do you take out a 1996 es300 stereo deck.

I really need to know how you take the deck out of a es300. If anyone can help me out, I would really appreicate it a lot or if anyone knows any web site or something which will help me please! thanks.

you have to try and get the vents above the hvac control out then there is 2 10 mm nuts then remove the little plate under the radio 2 more nuts,the climate and radio remove as one unitwith nuts on the sides holding the 2 together, oh yah the vents are almost a big a bitch to take out as teh 3 rd brake light good luck
