On the P0420, was it a cold day? There is a TSB out there for the P0420 showing up when it is cold. The fix involves some gasket replacement, or something like that. Not sure what the TSB# is, but it is for 2002 Camrys with the 2.4L. Course, dealer won't fix that either.

Funny you should mention it. I just went back and looked and it was in the 30's all day that day. I'll have to look into that.
My car's almost at 125K and these are the only two problems I've had also.
