Epsilon and others can tell you all about it, but with 225/40 it's the same thing as the 18" with 225/45. Just 2mm larger radius on the 19", no other measurable difference. Consider price and what type of driving experience you look for - beyond appearance.

You can feel a difference between 225/45 and 225/40 and less wheel gap.
