Do you have wheel locks? The OEM wheel locks I originally had with TRD wheels gave me a vibration in the steering wheel above 65mph only on straighaways. I swapped over to Rays lugs and no more vibration issues!!!
I also have Enkei wheels, they came without hubcentrics but after a little complaining Enkei shipped some aluminum hubcentrics to me for free.
