1981 Celica 22r Help!!!

Hello all!

1981 Celica 22r. Replaced head gasket and timing chain. Started motor ran for 1/2 hour. ran great. Shut it down for the night, came out next morning cranked it over and POP. pulled the valve cover 3 intake valves stuck open. Pulled head again. 3 valves hit the pistons and bent them. Removed all valves. Had head cleaned. Installed new valves. Reinstalled head. Started ran great for an hour. Let sit overnight and hit the key the next morning same thing. this time only one valve. Removed head replaced valve. Reinstalled head. This time added tranny fluid to the oil and ran for 2 hours. Let sit overnight. This time turned over by hand made 1/2 revolution and it hit. Removed valve cover #3 intake valve stuck open.

Sorry for the long story just trin to get everything in the first round.

I am stumped, the valve guides have been cleaned. New intake valves on all 4. Flushed engine.

Can't understand, ruuns great when first fired, let it sit and valves stick open.

Any ideas woould be greatly appreciated.
