I've done many of them. The engine will bolt right in, you will use the mounts and brackets from your old engine. You can use your stock axles. The a/c and p/s lines will need to be custom and you will need to install a p/s reservoir. The wiring is far from plug and play but you can send it to Phoenix Tuning:
http://www.phoenixtuning.com for a play and play harness conversion. The exhaust is going to need a little bit of custom welding that any exhaust shop should be able to handle. I also recommend doing a fuel pump at the same time. You should also put a new clutch in, as well as new seals, gaskets, and timing belt, while the engine is out of the car.
