- XLE rearseat recline (i dont think SE has it, i could be wrong)
- SE has the sport kit and spoiler standard
- SE has 17" rim vs XLE 16"
- SE has sport suspension, a bit more rough than XLE

The engine and power between the two are identical. The room in the front and back are identical.

And yes totally agree. Get the V6!! That is a must.
XLE does not come with NAV standard, only JBL. But their are other, "family" oriented options why I picked the XLE vs SE and you can consider: rear folding seats (not possible in SE due to sway bar), dual climate control (a must for me and my wife ), rear seat reading lamps (kids love that to read their books) etc and if you consider to mod it you can get a body kit, larger rims, and a lowering kit to overcome the main advantages of an SE. Latter makes the XLE incl mod's way more expensive though...and SE still has the more sporty suspension (my XLE with TRD and 18" does not ride bad either though).
