Correct Torque

Anyone know the correct torque for all four struts on a 2002 I4 LE, and also the correct torque on the tires?

2002 Camry LE I4
TRD Front Strut Bar/Rear Sway Bar, OEM Spoiler, Tein H-tech Springs, KYB-GR2 Shocks and Struts, Tints 15% on back windows(had to take off the front because of tickets), K&N Short Ram Intake,Pioneer DEH3900MP Headunit,agencypower light weight crank pulley
