that's kind of weird since i spoke with a distributor here of H&R and he said he had the v6 springs in stock too, and they have been on H&R's site since sometime last year.
but yes, like others have said, you get a bit of a better ride quality with the TRD and it wont void your warranty, but it is not an even drop like the H&R
