Get a smaller battery (Odissey PC680 for instance)....get rid of the A/C.....power steering.....radio/ CD player/ Navi (if you have one)....all the door panels. Replace the wheels with something light (if you haven't done it yet)... I'm sure there is a lot more to remove...just can't think of anything right now.
