It's the Daihatsu Copen. It's RWD too but it's smaller than a Miata. It's considered a K car in Japan.

Copens are TINY. Seriously, in Japan they dont look that small, but if you saw one here, next to a miata, it would look hillarious. Folding hard top, though.

actually, now that I look at the stats, they're not that different in size. Wheelbase is near identical, and the miata is only like a foot longer. Interesting... the miata is a fair bit wider though.
