My cloth seats still looked like new past the time when I see newer cars with weathered and cracked leather.
The dealer can get aftermarket leather installed (and you can hope the side airbags will still deploy as designed). They cannot have factory leather installed since it isn't an option for that model Corolla, so it won't be built.
