Sienna Stability
Your problem sounds a little unusual based on my experience with my 2006 Sienna. I just drove 1000 miles heading north on I-95 last weekend, with sustained crosswinds of 25-35 MPH and gusts of 40 MPH coming from the northwest. The gusts tugged at the van, but it never felt unstable.
