Zenith, I don't have a Corolla, I just test drove one but I'll keep that in mind the next time I'm at the showroom. If it's auto, that's fantastic!! I'm kinda spoiled with automatic headlights (Although I do turn on the taillights if necessary.. .like this morning when it was raining and visibility was poor).
Jeff: interesting... so even if you turn to the "-" (sidemarker) position, it doesn't turn off the headlights and run on the DRLs + side/parking/taillights?

I can confirm Jeff's comment re: the light switch does nothing @ night time, though you can still turn on/off your fog light, heh.
