Before buying a replacement regulator check that you have power to the plug at the motor when the switch is activated.
If all of the lights are good (and do check that third light that ASG14 mentioned) look at the bases and sockets for corrosion. One of those battery terminal brushes usually has a wire brush that will clean inside the socket and the base of the bulb.
