andy-glanzaV New TN User Join Date: Jun 2010 Location: ireland Posts: 1 Gameroom cash: $1800 Thanks: 0 Thanked 0 Times in 0 Posts iTrader Score: 0 reviews	avensis problem hey guys,my dad has a avensis D4D 2.0 turbo diesel.he stopped at the lights and went to accelerate off and the car didnt budge.he put his foot down on the accelerator and the revs didnt budge from thw idle position.he got told it was an accelerator closing switchlooked up the parts list but couldnt see it.

I can't seem to find anything about an 'accelerator closing switch' tho I have found some instances fitting the same description that were a result of a failed or malfunctioning throttle position sensor. __________________ 06 NB tC - *OG Team HAMSTER* *- SUPERCHARGED* .
