Adding a second factory muffler like lammydi or njerald did might give you a couple more horsepower. That's about the only way that I can think to do it without making the car louder.
Chips are useless. The ECM doesn't actually have a removable chip in it. The performance chips being sold are just resistors that actually accomplish nothing at all. Don't be ripped off by getting one.
You don't need to replace the intake. The factory intake works perfectly. Simply install a TRD or K&N air filter.
