The b16a2 del sol motor is a p.o.s. and in no way can compare to a 20v 4age motor especially if u turbo the 20v engine. And to be clear vtec is variable timing electronically controlled which toyota invented and perfected long before honda.As anyone knows the toyota 20 valve vvt(variable valve timing) was produced a few years earlier than hondas crummy vtec. Someone needs to do their research.
