I would say get the specifics on the model and features, and go to Edmunds, kellybluebook, and nada to verify the price is accurate. All wont match in price, but you should be able to get an average.
Then I would get the VIN and do a carfax. Expect a deal if it has been in a wreck, or has more than 2 owners.
I just got a 07 Toyota XLE with 23K miles, and it was $22K .... So $20K sounds pretty close if it is an XLE. Also features like leather make a difference.
You may want some sort of 3rd party inspection since you are so close to the end of the warranty.
Go over it with a fine tooth comb and any little thing you want fixed try to get as part of the deal in you buying it.
