I removed the fuel filter and could easily blow through it. I then watched to see if any fuel would come out of the fuel line while turning the car over but no fuel came out. does this mean i have a bad fuel pump. can i jump it out and see if it works? I sprayed starter fluid in the intake while it was been cranked and it would start momentarily.
from this.. it might be a fuel pump.. but i would look at the fuel pump relay 1st.. it wont be lable as a fuel pump relay.. but its called a Circuit Opening Relay ( CIR OPN ) you can try to swap it with other one that looks the same
