does the car have a k&n air filter or a filter that requires oil if so most likely a MAF if you can check plugs and wires and injectors the easiest way to do that is to take a stethoscope to the injectors if you cant take a volt meter or test light to check pulsing (check the ground side of the injector)

if these are all good its most likely going to be the MAF o2's rarely go out.
if you can check the o2 if it is good you will see it travel between 2 and -1.5v
