Its cheaper and you can get exactly what you want. For the exhaust Find a good shop, and for the intake DIY(canadian tire). If your looking to see a big diff. after your done both then your going to be disapointed so dont spend much unless your going to get serious about the car(turbo,super,internals) This is from my experience with my 90 gts.
