You should really wait about 6 months before you wax a new car. The reason is you want the paint to completly cure. When paint is new, it takes a few months to actually cure. Before it is cured, there are actually like "pores" in the paint where the chemicals are still evaporating from. If you wax, the wax gets in these pores in which makes the paint "lift" causing these possible small "bubbles" you are seeing. Best thing, go back to the dealer, they'll fix it. Just dont mention it happened after you waxed, then the may try to blame you. FYI, ask your local body shop, they'll tell you after any paint work to wait a fex months before applying wax.
