Choose a fuel additive/engine cleaner that states it is both o2 sensor safe & cat converter safe. The only additive/cleaner like this that Im aware of is Amsoil PI so if someone knows of others then please list them. I have used b12 and seafoam both of which are only o2 sensor safe so I wont use them anymore in my vehicles but I'll still use them in my lawn equipment.
