How does the drag increase from the lift? You just shift the body/frame a few inches up. If anything, should the drag not be lower because the air is thinner up there?

I am in the camp that thinks it's the tires that really cause the mpg decrease. I lifted my truck 2" and there is no difference in the gas mileage I get.
