Please don't put HID kit into your halogen housing onto your Tacoma because you are gonna blind everyone!!! For the safety sakes, don't do man.
To answer your question, if you're looking for a quality HID kit, we have
www.Xenondepot.com as our TN vendor here. They are as good as HID kit comes.
Again, please don't do it. Go for retrofit because it gives better output and safer for everyone around you! (not to mention to keep the cops from you)
