Im a female i know nothing about cars but i will try to fix anything myself. My tercel will not start its not the battery as i checked it on a charger and it has a full charge. My gauges all move when i try to turn my car on everything works as far as lights etc. There is no clicking when i try to turn it over. This happened last week after 3 days of sitting it all of a sudden just started up. Someone mentioned that it may be the starter or the regulator. Any ideas? If it could be the starter where is it located on the car?
