Inductive current created by electromagnetic radiation from the cell phone. An electric field causes current in a conductor, and vice versa. Keep your phone away from your head unit, or insulate and isolate the whole electrical system, and relocate the head unit away from the phone. Electrical systems in cars are really just a side effect of driving the car, and even the engine load can affect current flow through the system. The few ways around it are too much effort for me to bother with.
