OK thats wierd it seem like theres too much air going in, something seems to be lose allowing the the outside air to rush in without passing through the air intake...IAC doesnt seem to be the culprit because if your had low idle it could be the IAC but high rpm your getting more the "ideal" air into the cylinders at idle...
