Are the oil gasket that supposedly goes on the oil pan with the plug necessary? I read the Avalon oil change PDF and looked at the youtube video and didnt see anything in regards to the gasket. I'm going to order filters online and wanted to know if the plug gaskets for the pan is needed. If so, I'll order them at the same time. __________________ CarDomain
