i want to put tint on mine, cause im moving to Mesa Az in about 2 months. but im not sure what % i should use.

smoked tail lights
and lower it about an inch 3/4.
and a cold air intake
im not sure of what else tho. any ideas? i know there isnt much out there for the 09' yet. but if anyone knows where i could find things for our car that there actually is... that would be awesome!
and since im moving to arizona in a few months i need to be ready for the heat and all sorts of different things. im on the East cost, have been all my life. i just visited my boyfriend who lives in Mesa for the past 2 weeks so i got a taste of the 113 degree weather. and it rained alot while i was ther so i got a bit of everything.
