^ ..you know the only reason i got the red top was due to the supposed great start ups. Unfortunately the start ups lacked a bit. But i guess my expectations were too high comparing a wet cell to a dry cell battery. I understand its a reserve...but when the electronic system is sucking more energy out, it needs to pull from somewhere correct? Therefore, some sort of amplification of power is needed to be given to the electronic system to power it properly. Furthermore, since nothing is really upgraded into my charging system except better grounding/charging wires, then is has has to pull from its starting source...the battery, and since the the CCA of the red top is lower than the oem cell, a difference can be noticed when starting up your car after periods of time when your car has not been driven or driven long enough for the charging system to be in effect.
