Besides, aside from some extreme situation, I can always toss on a heavier jacket, but theres only so much I can take off before someone calls the cops

That said, I drive with the A/C on constantly, I like the truck to be very cold, cruising speed is usually 75-80 on the highway and I'm still enjoying the sound the TRD exhaust makes at WOT a little too much, and I still get 18 mpg. Best so far was a trip back from Logan airport in Boston (~70mi) doing about the same speeds as above, but steady with cruise control on, and my tank was nearly 21 mpg! Haven't been able to beat that.
