hey new here, asking for a friend of mine

she has an 01 celica, automatic. she says when she starts it the car idles rough and when she goes to drive off it initally has no power and it hesitates. stated that is it worse in warmer weather. she said plugs and wires were recently changed and she ran some injector cleaner through it.

now i am handy with cars, but no nothing about celica's. just trying to help a friend out. any ideas?
