[quote=broozkie;2386626]Hello all.. Just bought a 99' Camry LE, 4-cyl. Picked up an OEM key less remote: FCC : GQ43VT14T

I pulled out the mirror adjustment switch... according to other posts, says to jump out pins 2-10 however, my pin 2 is not in use. I'm now thinking I may have to try the other way w/ the "reset" button on my ECU. It looks like my ECU is behind the glove box.... would be easy to access if I knew how to remove the glove box. Could someone confirm how I should program this key remote... would like to make sure before I go taking things apart to access the ECU (assuming that the ECU is behind the glove box) Any info would be of great help... thanks! D~

OK... I removed glove box & pulled the ECU out. No reset button to be found on it, even opened it up & searched the circuit card...no reset or jumpers.

** Per my 99 factory owners manual... the correct FCC code is GQ43VT7T. I purchased the correct one & still no luck programming when doing the open driver door, lock & unlock 5 times, close door put key in ignition... ect ect. Does anyone out here have a good working programming sequence? I'd hate to have to take it to the dealer but looks like my options are running thin.

** FYI... not sure if this may be an issue, but my ignition key is not OEM..appears to be an after market. Also, when doing the lock & unlock sequence... my drivers door lock sticks and does not always complete the cycle...have to assist it manually. Any takes? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, D~
